Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your Ben’s Bed Club membership at any time.

Cancellation is completed via your account section on www.bensbedclub.co.uk.

2. How to Cancel via Your Account

To cancel your membership:

• Log in to your account on www.bensbedclub.co.uk
• Go to your Account / Membership section
• Select Cancel Membership
• Confirm cancellation

If you cannot access your account for any reason, contact us at contact@bensbedclub.co.uk.

3. Immediate Effect

Cancellation takes effect immediately once confirmed in your account.

• Member-only pricing and promotions are removed immediately
• Discount codes and member-only links may be deactivated immediately
• Access to Ben’s Bargains and Lumos member deals ends immediately

4. Billing After Cancellation

Once cancelled, your membership will not renew and no future weekly payments will be taken.

It is your responsibility to ensure cancellation is completed within your account if you wish to stop billing.

5. Refunds

Membership fees are billed weekly at £1. Payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund prior weeks.

6. Failed Payments, Disputes & Chargebacks

If a weekly payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, we may suspend or terminate membership access while the matter is investigated, and we may refuse future membership applications where permitted by law.

7. Termination for Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately (without refund) if we suspect abuse, misuse of discount codes, sharing member-only deals, fraud, or behaviour harmful to our business or members.

Termination for misuse may result in immediate removal of all member benefits and refusal of future access.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
