Refund Policy
Ben’s Bed Club is a membership website. We do not sell products directly. Membership unlocks access to exclusive discounts, member-only offers, and promotional pricing. This policy explains refunds for membership fees.
1. Membership Fees (Refund Scope)
This Refund Policy applies to Ben’s Bed Club membership charges only. We do not process refunds for purchases made with third parties or external retailers.
2. Membership Fees Are Non-Refundable
Membership is billed weekly at £1. Unless required by law, membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
Cancelling your membership stops future charges, but does not refund prior weekly payments. Benefits are available immediately upon activation, so refunds are not offered for partial periods.
3. How to Stop Future Charges
To stop future membership billing, you must cancel your membership via your account section. Cancellation takes effect immediately once confirmed.
If you cancel, you will not be charged again, and member-only access may be removed immediately.
4. Exceptions (When We May Refund)
We may issue a refund only in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
- Incorrect billing where membership was not provided due to an error on our side
- Where a refund is required by applicable law
Any refund decision outside of legal requirements is made at our sole discretion.
5. Third-Party Purchases
Ben’s Bed Club provides access to discounts and promotions. Any products or services purchased from third-party retailers, manufacturers, or suppliers are subject to their own terms, delivery, returns, and refund policies.
We are not responsible for third-party fulfilment, quality, shipping, warranties, or refund decisions.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, we may suspend membership access while the matter is reviewed. If a dispute is raised in bad faith or connected to misuse, we reserve the right to terminate membership, refuse future service, and pursue recovery of losses where legally permitted.
7. Misuse & Loss of Eligibility
If membership benefits are abused (including sharing discount codes or member-only pricing), we may suspend or terminate membership immediately without refund, where permitted by law.
8. Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
Payment provider or bank processing times vary and are outside our control.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of membership services constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
