Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your £1 per week membership with Ben’s Bed Club and your access to exclusive member-only pricing, discounts, promotional offers, and giveaways.
1. Nature of Service
Ben’s Bed Club is a digital membership platform. Membership provides access to exclusive discounts, promotional pricing, cost price offers, and member-only deals.
We do not manufacture, supply, or directly sell physical products. Any purchases made using member pricing are contracts between you and the relevant third-party retailer or supplier.
2. Membership Fee & Billing
Membership costs £1 per week and renews automatically unless cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring weekly payments. It is your responsibility to cancel via your account section if you no longer wish to continue.
3. Delivery of Member Benefits
Member Benefits may be delivered via:
• Email communication
• Member dashboard access
• Private links or discount codes
• Other digital methods at our discretion
By becoming a member, you agree to receive membership-related communications, including discount alerts and promotional updates.
We are not responsible for missed emails due to spam filtering, incorrect email addresses, inbox capacity limits, or technical issues outside our control.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account section. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future billing.
Payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Member Conduct & Abuse
Member Benefits are confidential and for personal use only.
Sharing discount codes, publishing member-only pricing, forwarding private offers, reselling products for commercial gain, or exploiting promotions is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate membership without refund if misuse is suspected.
6. Third-Party Transactions
Ben’s Bed Club is not responsible for third-party product availability, delivery, warranties, pricing changes, or customer service.
All third-party purchases are subject to the retailer’s own terms and policies.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, we may suspend membership access while the matter is investigated.
Where disputes are raised in bad faith, we reserve the right to terminate membership and pursue recovery of losses where legally permitted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ben’s Bed Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from membership use, missed communications, third-party transactions, or website access.
Nothing excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
