Membership

Ben’s Bed Club is a membership platform that unlocks exclusive pricing and member-only deals. We do not sell physical products directly.
What do I get as a member?Benefits
Access to exclusive discounts, selected “cost price” promotions, private offers, and occasional giveaways.
Where do the deals come from?Partners
Deals relate to Ben’s Bargains and Lumos Mattress promotions. Availability can change and offers may be limited.
Do I need to be logged in to access offers?Access
Yes — member-only pricing and content is available to active, logged-in members (and/or via member emails).

Billing

Membership is billed weekly and renews automatically until cancelled.
How much does membership cost?£1/week
£1 per week, recurring, until you cancel.
Will I be charged after I cancel?Stops
No — cancellation takes immediate effect and stops future billing once confirmed.
Do you offer refunds?Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable (except where required by law). Cancelling stops future charges.

Emails

We can send member savings and discounts straight to your inbox.
Do you email the deals?Inbox
Yes — member benefits may be delivered via email and/or your members dashboard, including private links and codes.
I didn’t receive an email — what do I do?Help
Check spam/junk, verify your email in your profile, and ensure your inbox isn’t full. If still missing, email support.
Can I opt out of emails?GDPR
You’ll receive membership-related emails (billing + member benefits). You can update preferences where available, or cancel anytime.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via your account with immediate effect.
How do I cancel?Account
Log in → go to Account/Membership → cancel membership. Cancellation takes effect immediately once confirmed.
Do I lose access straight away?Instant
Yes — member-only access and codes may be removed immediately after cancellation.
Can I rejoin later?Rejoin
Yes, unless your membership was terminated for misuse or abuse of benefits.

Member-only pricing and codes are confidential.
Can I share discount codes?No
No. Sharing member-only codes/links/pricing may result in membership removal without refund.
What counts as misuse?Abuse
Sharing deals publicly, posting in groups, reselling for profit, or creating multiple accounts to exploit offers.
What happens if misuse is suspected?Action
We may suspend/terminate membership, remove benefits, and refuse future access where permitted by law.
