Refund Policy
Ben’s Bed Club membership is charged at £1 per month. Refund requests for membership fees may be considered in line with applicable consumer rights and the circumstances of the request.
Where a member uses the membership to access private deals or member benefits before requesting a refund, eligibility may be limited. Product orders placed with third-party suppliers are subject to the retailer or supplier’s own refund and returns policies.
